Personalized, multi-sport training and strength-building programs that adapt sessions in real time based on performance tracking.

I designed the product from scratch, analyzed the market, defined user flows, explored a unique artistic direction, and built a prototype.

Challenge

The idea was to build a product from scratch, taking into account market dynamics, current trends, and real user needs, with the goal of creating a credible solution.

Process

I started by analyzing the landscape of coaching apps to identify opportunities for Renfo:ia to stand out. This benchmark led to the design of a user flow focused on a highly personalized onboarding experience enabling each user to receive a training program precisely tailored to their habits, preferences, and goals.
